TMS Shipping & Return Policy
These commodities, technology, or software were exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.
Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date the item is received.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for a return.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Authorization Process (Domestic Orders)
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Request a return via email at TMS@tensility.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Items to be returned
- Reason for the return
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
- Print and attach the provided return shipping label to your package.
- Ship the item(s) back to the return address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days, deducting the 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping.
International Returns
Due to high shipping costs and potential duties, international returns follow a different process:
- Return Request & Approval:
- Customers must email a return request within 30 days of receiving the item, providing:
- Order number
- Items to be returned
- Reason for return
- We will review the request and determine if the return is eligible. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
- Customer-Paid Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping using a trackable shipping service.
- A return shipping label will not be provided by us.
- Duties & Taxes:
- Any duties, taxes, or customs fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
- The customer should clearly mark the return as "Returned Goods" on customs forms to minimize additional charges.
- Restocking Fee & Refunds:
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges & Replacements:
- Due to high international shipping costs, we do not offer exchanges on international orders. Customers must place a new order if they want a different item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or special-order items
- Software, digital products, or downloadable goods
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
