TMS Shipping & Return Policy

These commodities, technology, or software were exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.

Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date the item is received.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for a return.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Authorization Process (Domestic Orders)

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Request a return via email at TMS@tensility.com with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Items to be returned
    • Reason for the return
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email.
  3. Print and attach the provided return shipping label to your package.
  4. Ship the item(s) back to the return address provided.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 business days, deducting the 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping.

International Returns

Due to high shipping costs and potential duties, international returns follow a different process:

  1. Return Request & Approval:
    • Customers must email a return request within 30 days of receiving the item, providing:
      • Order number
      • Items to be returned
      • Reason for return
    • We will review the request and determine if the return is eligible. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
  2. Customer-Paid Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping using a trackable shipping service.
    • A return shipping label will not be provided by us.
  3. Duties & Taxes:
    • Any duties, taxes, or customs fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
    • The customer should clearly mark the return as "Returned Goods" on customs forms to minimize additional charges.
  4. Restocking Fee & Refunds:
    • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. Exchanges & Replacements:
    • Due to high international shipping costs, we do not offer exchanges on international orders. Customers must place a new order if they want a different item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or special-order items
  • Software, digital products, or downloadable goods
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
